Neighbors walk together with health professionals for an hour at least once a month and chat as they walk.  At the end of the walk, there is a short (15 minute) presentation on a health topic.  The CDF and I started the chapter in Clarkston with the purpose of bringing refugees and Americans together while enjoying a walk in our beautiful city and promoting exercise.
